These terms and conditions (“Terms”) along with the Privacy Policy form a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between You and Us.

A. USER APPROVAL

1. Users approve and accept the Agreement by:

• Reading all terms and conditions
• Reading all rules of this app

2. Users may accept this Agreement only if:

• They are 18+ years old and mentally capable of entering a contract.
• They are NOT residents of: Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Orissa, Kerala, Sikkim, Nagaland, Gujarat.
• If the User is a company, it must be legally authorized to enter this Agreement.
• The User is not legally barred from using the App.

3. If you do not understand or accept these terms, do not use the app.

4. If a separate written agreement exists between the User and Us, that agreement will override these Terms in case of conflict.

B. PROVISION OF THE APP

1. As per Section 12 of the Public Gambling Act (1867), games of skill are exempt. Ludo falls under “Game of Skill”.

2. We support only Games of Skill. Games of chance are strictly not allowed.

3. Certain states do not allow playing even games of skill for money. Hence, players from Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Gujarat cannot play.

4. Game rules are clearly defined. Users must read and follow them.

5. Winning depends on the player's skills, not luck.

6. Every game has minor luck elements, but skill dominates.

7. Skills improve with practice, so performance can improve.

8. Some games may have predetermined outcomes achievable via skill.

C. GAME RULES

1. Player who creates a challenge must share the Room ID/Code with the opponent.

2. After the game:

• If you win → Select “I Won” and upload winning screenshot.
• If you lose → Select “I Lost”.
• If match not started → Both can select “Cancel”.

3. Wrong result posting → Penalty ₹50.

4. User must record every game. Report cheating with proof.

5. If game didn’t start, show recording for cancellation approval.

6. No proof = You will be considered as lost.

D. DEPOSIT / WITHDRAWAL

• Deposit balance through deposit section.
• Withdrawal by placing request in the app.
• Support completes requests anytime.
• Wrong payment details → No refund.
• After withdrawal is processed → No further complaints allowed.
• If pending, wait up to 12 hours.

E. PENALTY FOR WRONG UPDATES

1. Penalty for wrong updates:

• Game below ₹500 → Penalty ₹50
• Game ₹500 – ₹5000 → Penalty ₹100
• Game ₹5000 – ₹10000 → Penalty ₹200

2. If you do not update after losing → Penalty ₹25.

F. COMMISSION CHARGES

• Challenge ₹50 → 5% commission
• Challenge ₹100 → 5% commission
